A couple of months ago my car broke down in coral bay, no one in exmouth could diagnose it or wanted to give me the time of day, and as a solo traveller where her troopy is her home, it was disheartening and at times overwhelming. I had it towed to nationwide and from the get go they assured me that they would get to the bottom of the problem, and that they did. Destiny kept me updated the entire time, probably the best customer service iv ever recieved, and the mechanics did an awesome, quick job at what I thought was a reasonable price for the amount of work. Will definitely be returning to these guys!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Nationwide Diesel Services did a great job on my backhoe.I wanted to wait until I’d properly used the machine before leaving a review — and now that I have, I can honestly say they fixed the issue perfectly. My backhoe had been randomly dying for no reason, and they managed to diagnose and repair the fault without even being able to test it on-site, which is pretty impressive.They also did a thorough inspection while they had it, and I really appreciated the professional approach throughout. The receptionist was excellent to deal with — very clear and helpful.The only small downside was that it took a bit longer than I expected for the work to get started, but that’s a minor thing compared to how well the machine runs now.All up, I’m very happy with the outcome — they got it right, and I’d definitely recommend Nationwide Diesel Services to anyone needing reliable heavy equipment repairs.

Had a great experience with National Diesel Services. We came to them with a serious issue where the rear end of our DPF had blown out on our Volkswagen Amarok. The team immediately explained that this type of damage is usually a symptom of another underlying problem in the vehicle, not just a DPF failure on its own.After a very thorough inspection, they were able to identify the likely root cause and clearly explained our options. Had Jake last year. Legend. This year the lady in the office was rude and not receptive to any feedback.Failed a pit inspection, feedback was so vague. I diagnosed the fault in 1 minute, and I am not a mechanic. Had to pay for a diagnosis?? Another pit inspection fee (1minute).Obviously it is a business and trying to bring money in, but that’s taking the mick. Won’t return, customer service has gone backwards

I had to get my car towed in for an emergency repair, and while I was OK with waiting over the weekend before it could be looked at, NDS were able to have a look at it earlier than I expected.They listened to my description of what was going on and what I had already looked into, and diagnosed the problem right away. After having multiple frustrating experiences and let downs at a dealership and another shop I thought I'd take my truck to Nationwide. Being an ex technician I probably have higher expectations and Beck and the team have never let me down. I recently had to have some extensive repairs on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Bernard, Robyn and the team at NDS did an exceptional job at finding the faults, going through repair options and advising on lower cost alternatives which could solve the issue. Suffered notorious DPD/DPF issues with our Isuzu truck. Took it to the dealership who informed repairs would be in the $3,500-$4,500 range. Rung around for advice and found Matt and NDS who were so helpful. Matt took all the time in the world to explain to me what was happening and offer advice.
Although NDS was over an hour away for us, the best thing we ever did was to drop the truck off and entrust the repairs to the NDS team. They sorted it out and got us back on the road in only a couple of days for less than half of what was quoted by the dealership! Cannot recommend their friendly advice and no-bullshit attitude enough. Will definitely be bringing our other trucks to NDS!
