The job pictured was the recent replacement of a cylinder head on a Isuzu 4HK1-TC motor in an industrial application.

As this configuration utilises a gear driven overhead cam there is minimal allowance for resurfacing of the cylinder head, in this case the old head was beyond repair. Fortunately for our client we where able to source a brand new cylinder head, bolts and gasket set at short notice to provide a quick turnaround and have the machine back to work.
